1.Key Responsibilities:

Network Installation and Configuration:

Install and configure network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points according to established standards.

Deploy network software updates and patches.

2.Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Monitor network performance using monitoring tools to identify potential issues like bandwidth bottlenecks, latency spikes, and packet loss.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic network connectivity issues, including user access problems and network outages.

Log and document network incidents and resolutions.

3.Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP,switching , routing , VLANs, subnetting, and network security concepts.

Familiarity with common network devices like Cisco routers, switches, and different firewalls OEM(like Palo Alto,Checkpoint,CISCO ASA etc).

Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools.

4.Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and documentation practices

Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users

Entry-level networking certifications like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) a plus

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days NP only preffered.
