Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Management Executive to join our
team in Bangalore. The role involves handling tender documentation, bid submissions,
vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The ideal candidate
should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under
deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
ï‚• Identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
ï‚• Prepare, review, and manage tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and
compliance.
ï‚• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and approvals.
ï‚• Submit tenders within stipulated deadlines and track their status.
ï‚• Maintain an up-to-date database of tenders, submissions, and contract awards.
ï‚• Handle vendor registrations, pre-qualification questionnaires, and eligibility
requirements.
ï‚• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.
ï‚• Assist in negotiations and follow-up on awarded tenders.
ï‚• Liaise with government agencies, clients, and stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ï‚• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
ï‚• 0 to 2 years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or a similar role.
ï‚• Basic knowledge of tendering processes and procurement guidelines.
ï‚• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
ï‚• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
ï‚• Good communication and coordination skills.
ï‚• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
ï‚• Experience in government tenders and e-procurement portals.
ï‚• Knowledge of contract management and legal aspects of tendering.
ï‚• Familiarity with ERP or tender management software is a plus.
