Job Description
Whiz-works is looking for Network Engineer - L2 to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks and systems infrastructure
- Analyzing and evaluating network performance, identifying and resolving network issues and outages, and ensuring optimal network availability and security
- Configuring and installing network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components
- Monitoring network traffic and security and implementing security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
- Troubleshooting network problems and outages and providing technical support and guidance to end-users
- Collaborating with other IT professionals and teams to integrate new technologies and services into existing network infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining network documentation, including network diagrams, system configuration, and user manuals
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to network infrastructure and security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment
