Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor, Manage and Troubleshoot IT Infrastructure at client locations and central site.
• Need to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly network tasks handled such as the backup of Network device, Upgrading the IOS, Latency reports, weekly Backups etc.
• Network Monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, What-s Up Gold etc.
• Resolving escalated IT Infrastructure related problems in coordination with Central team.
• Fault management with service providers: fault registration, trouble ticket initiation, follow up problems till resolution and escalation based on timelines and responses.
• Administration and management of technical operations in support of Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and HP network infrastructure (Routing, and Switching).
• Receive alerts, identify a fault, assign severity, local problem cause and follow troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor and ensuring the ÏT Infra working and coordinating with vendors for network related issues.
• Understanding customers network and solving network related issues within SLA.
• Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of network design and operational requirements
• Working in a 24x7 Network operation environment performing remote break-fix troubleshooting and resolution on cell site equipment.
• Installation/configuration of LAN equipments like Hub, Switch, LAN Cards, Network Printers, etc.
• Coordination with Internet WAN management vendor for WAN related problems.
