We have an exciting Opportunity for Indirect Purchase our American Automotive Manufacturing product based MNC with Headquarter in Minnesota US state.

Location: Bengaluru / Bangalore, KA

Role: Head of Services Digital & Investment Purchases India (Indirect Purchase)

5 Days working : Monday to Friday

General Shift Timing : 5 days work from office

Experience range : 10 + Years

Must Have:

Automobile Background with GCC Setup

Commodity will be : HR Services, IT Hardware services, Capex ,Opex etc

Experience in indirect purchasing with digital software and other services.

Main Responsibilities:

- Site Management: Contribute to the development of the India site and supply base as a key member of the site management team.

- Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier relationships through operational and business reviews.

- Purchasing Activities: Drive purchasing activities aligned with defined strategies and governance, ensuring proper sourcing and agreements with suppliers.

- Supplier Quality & Performance: Oversee mitigation activities related to supplier quality, delivery, cost, and features, ensuring KPI fulfillment and performance results.

- Innovation & Sustainability: Engage with suppliers to leverage innovation and new technologies and drive sustainability initiatives through cross-functional ideas.

- Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver best value solutions and ensure effective communication with global strategic lines.

- Escalation Management: Manage supplier involvement in project activities and escalate as necessary.

- Resource Management: Attract, recruit, develop, and manage competent resources, fostering an environment for personal and professional growth.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with processes, the Code of Conduct, and Values.
