Client : An American-Irish technology company specializing in electrical and electronic components

We are seeking a Head of BI with strong technical expertise in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics.

This leadership role will involve overseeing a team of 25-30 employees (including contractors and 3-4 FTE resources across India and the US). You will drive the strategy and execution of BI, data engineering, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives that support critical business functions such as supply chain, forecasting, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the BI and analytics teams, delivering high-quality reporting and insights.

- Oversee data migration and cloud platform adoption (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Utilize advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP BO) to drive actionable business insights.

- Leverage AI and analytics to enhance business decision-making.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align BI strategies with business goals.

Qualifications :

- 13+ years of experience in BI, data architecture, and reporting/analytics leadership.

- Expertise in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP BO) - QlikView experience is a plus.

- Strong background in Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, SQL, and Machine Learning.

- Proven leadership managing global teams and large portfolios ($50M+).

- Experience driving AI, data governance, and advanced reporting initiatives.
