Job Title : Head of Data and AI.

Location: Kochi.

Mode of working - Work from office (Min 3 days in office).

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data and AI to lead the organization's data strategy and artificial intelligence initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, developing AI-based solutions, and creating a culture of innovation.

- This role involves overseeing data governance, analytics, AI development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy and Governance:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data and AI strategy aligned with business goals.

- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Define and oversee the enterprise data architecture, tools, and technologies.

Leadership and Team Management.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, and AI specialists.

- Foster collaboration across departments to promote data and AI adoption throughout the organization.

- Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, vendors, and academia for innovation.

Artificial Intelligence and Analytics.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning (ML), and advanced analytics to solve business challenges.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions.

- Drive the adoption of predictive and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making.

Data Operations and Insights.

- Ensure the scalability and performance of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.

- Lead the development of dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for real-time business insights.

- Monitor emerging trends and advancements in AI, ML, and big data technologies to ensure a competitive edge.

Experience:

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Proven expertise in data governance, data engineering, and AI/ML deployment at scale.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
