Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (Vidyashilp Education Group)

• The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing programs that capture leads across multiple channels by working closely with the Marketing Head and the Digital Marketing Team.
• This position would suit candidates with a strong background in SEO, content creation, PPC (google, facebook, bing, yahoo, content platforms etc.), retargeting, email marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimisation.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads. Focus areas include but not limited SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, PRs, Email Marketing, Link Building and Conversion Optimization.
• Deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard of brand engagement, and results. • Improve campaign performance through reporting & analytics.
• Periodically present KPI outcomes to senior management to track progress and recommend actions, as necessary.
• Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed.
• Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance, looping back to share insights and understanding with all stakeholders.
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies specific to the Century corporate and project brands.
• Review, recommend and resolve technical SEO issues and implement best practices proactively where possible.
• Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy working closely with the demand generation stakeholders.
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) while reaching out to the right audience organically.
• Plan social and content marketing campaigns to specifically drive engagement across corporate, tactical, project and vertical specific communication.
• Generate reports on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects and share timely and regular vertical sound-offs on opportunity and threats.
• Keep abreast of SEO and digital marketing trends and regularly update the marketing leaders on global best practices and improvement to the continuous marketing process and effectiveness.

Role Requirement

• Strong hands-on experience with organic search platforms such Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, SE Ranking and other SEO platforms are highly desirable
• Analytical, performance-driven, meticulous with data, strong research, and communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Adaptable, teachable, a problem solver and able to handle multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, self-starter, ability to self-manage and to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations and able to collaborate well within a team,
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization algorithms, best practices or have a good understanding of the basics,
• Able to create relevant, engaging and effective content and/or editing for websites, services and programmes pages, meta page descriptions, blog articles etc,
• Must be proficient in MS Office and Google e.g., Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations
• Google Analytics certified individuals, WordPress & Shopify familiarity (or other content management systems e.g., WIX, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Umbraco, Joomla) and working knowledge of HTML, J-SON LD or CSS are preferred
• At least 8 years experience in SEO or the digital marketing industry.
