Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Manage and nurture client relationships, using communication skills developed in banquet sales.
• Engage with potential real estate buyers, helping them understand their needs and providing relevant property options.

Property Tours & Presentations:

• Conduct property tours, presenting features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
• Assist clients in understanding market trends and property investment options.

Negotiation & Closing:

• Support the negotiation process, guiding clients toward the best possible deal.
• Handle post-sale processes including documentation and coordination with legal teams.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on local real estate trends and market conditions.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to understand the latest real estate trends and regulations.

Training Program (2-3 months):

• Comprehensive training in real estate sales processes.
• Product knowledge (property types, market trends, legal requirements).
• Sales techniques specific to real estate (negotiation, closing strategies, lead generation).
• Mentorship and shadowing senior real estate professionals.

Possible Career Growth:

• Real Estate Sales Manager (after gaining experience and demonstrating sales results)
