As the Vice President of Corporate Strategy for our real estate division, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic plans and initiatives that contribute to the company's overall success. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize business operations, and position the organization for sustained profitability in a dynamic and competitive real estate market. The role will directly be reporting to MD
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development of the company's long-term strategic plans, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for diversification, expansion, and innovation within the real estate sector.
- Align the corporate strategy with the company's vision, mission, and values.
2. Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust the corporate strategy accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships that support the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with business development teams to execute deals and negotiate agreements with external parties.
4. Performance Evaluation:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Regularly assess the performance of existing projects and initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
5. Financial Analysis:
- Work closely with the finance department to assess the financial viability of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Analyze financial data to make data-driven decisions in support of the corporate strategy.
6. Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the strategy team and other relevant departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and legal, to implement strategies effectively.
7. Communication and Reporting:
- Present strategic plans, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication of strategic objectives throughout the organization.
