Job Description
- Ability to choose the winning creative among a group of ideas based on a mix of technical knowledge and intuition.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
- Technology Integration - Leverage marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and emerging digital trends, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company brand guidelines, Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and campaigns.
- Design, deploy, and analyze social media promotions and social postings.
- Build landing pages including content planning, working closely with the development design team.
- Understand market segments related to the brand and create sales opportunities.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of overall marketing strategy, execution, and results achieved with a focus on sales-qualified leads generation.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team
- Ability to quickly grasp Electrical Electronics Engineering technicalities concepts to Create blogs, articles email newsletters for B2B audiences.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong Verbal Written Communication skills.
