Process Trainer

Job description

This will include but is not limited to:

To prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs

To conduct product and process training as well as On the Job coaching on Telecom products & processes.

Trainer with minimum 5-6 years of experience into telecom

Should know the process, products

Should have Training delivery experience

Should be ready to travel within Delhi/NCR and need be outside too

To ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes

Essential Qualifications

The candidate must be minimum a Graduate with overall 5 years of experience in telecom industry is preferably.

The candidate must have experience in training for 2 years minimum.

Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in telecom sales training and must understand Internet Leased lines/Broadband/Postpaid Data service provider products

Candidate with Training experience in Telecom industry will be considered
