Qualification Academic: Minimum Graduation with good oral / written communication skills with open mind. MBA with marketing preferred.

Reporting To: Business Head-Libraries & General Operations

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Salary Range: 6LPA to 9LPA

Job Description: -

Central Books is seeking a Dynamic and Experienced Individual to Spearhead our newly launched Vertical of Business LIBRARY SOLUTION. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth and setting the foundation for a high-performing team. The team will be expanded in phases as demand increases.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and Implement target marketing strategies to generate quality leads
  • Plan and execute campaigns to promote Library Solutions in collaboration with Central Teams.

2. Marketing & Lead Generations

  • Design and roll out compelling marketing campaign to attract Clients
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor marketing efforts

3. Inside Sales Development

  • Establish and refine sales process to convert leads efficiently
  • Directly engage with potential clients to secure initial sales and set a precedent to future team members

4. Phased Team Expansion

  • As business demand increases, gradually build and lead a marketing and inside sales team.
  • Mentor and oversee new hires to ensure cohesive and effective operations

5. Partnership Management

  • Manage relationships with outsourced partners to scale operations effectively

Responsibilities Overview
