SAP BI/BW Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible from understanding the Requirement and creating Technical design.
• Participate in projects and changes within SAP BI, Analytics, area
• Creating Info objects, Info providers like DSO, Info cube and Multiprovider.
• Monitoring and Error handling in PSA like modifying the error records and reloading the data.
• Will be involved in Load Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, Data Loads using Process Chains.
• Upload master and transactional data from files and SAP as the OLTP source.
• Provide Authorizations as per the Business Requirement.
• Responsible for creating Transformations and DTPs, to load data to further data targets.
• Create BW Queries and Report Broadcasting
• Responsible for BW Housekeeping activities like cleaning the change logs, PSA requests, deleting unused queries
• Skills Required:
• Hands on experience in Business Warehouse including Extraction, Modelling, and Query design
• Should have exposure to BW 7.5 & BW on HANA
• Experience with BW extractors, Master Data, DSOs, Cubes, Composite Providers, Open Hub Extracts, etc.
• Experience with data extraction from SD, MM, FICO modules
• Should have knowledge of HANA (2.x) View modelling
• Should have worked of Bex Reporting, Data modelling, SAP Extraction and Start and End Routines
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain complex Process Chains
• Good Exposure to Reporting Requirement gathering and preparing the Functional & Technical Specifications
• Familiarity with BI tools such as SAP BOBJ and Power BI is highly desired
• Experience in SAP S4HANA or ECC finance related modules is a plus
• Relevant SAP BW certifications are a plus
• Should be a Good Team member and a quick learner
