Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for IT positions across various technical domains. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT roles, industry trends, and the ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate with technical teams for further evaluation of candidates.
• Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and professional communication.
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve the hiring process.
