Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for IT positions across various technical domains. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT roles, industry trends, and the ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Recruiting:
  
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking, to source qualified IT professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
• Conduct phone interviews and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage and maintain an active pipeline of IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Engagement:
  
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and IT professionals.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process and providing timely feedback.
• Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission to attract top talent.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and understand technical and business requirements.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating interviews and assessments.
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring candidates have a smooth transition from hiring to employment.
• Market Research:
  
• Stay up-to-date on trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
• Analyze job market data to identify talent shortages and emerging technologies or skills in demand.
• Reporting and Metrics:
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, job status, and recruitment metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
