Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in tax filings, GST/VAT compliance, and statutory audits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally, Busy.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
