Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring expenses and revenue.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audits.
7. Cost Management: Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
8. Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
9. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers, resolving any billing or payment issues.
10. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
