Associate HRBP - Supply Chain || (Contractual)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various recruitment, operational, and HR processes. The HR Coordinator will also assist in managing and optimizing HR systems, ensuring smooth functioning of HR activities, and driving key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:
   
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
2. Data Management & Reporting:
   
• Maintain HR trackers and ensure data accuracy across various HR functions.
• Utilize basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Graphs) to generate reports and manage HR data efficiently.
• Provide regular updates to senior HR staff on recruitment metrics, operational processes, and HR activities.
3. Operational HR Support:
   
• Assist the Business HR (BHR) team in day-to-day HR operations.
• Support the implementation of HR processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution.
• Help in employee onboarding, documentation, and follow-up activities.
4. Process Improvement:
   
• Contribute to the optimization of HR workflows and procedures.
• Ensure that HR activities comply with the company's policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, creating graphs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with various job portals and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
