About Us:
At GTT Foundation, We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on business partnership, talent management, and employee engagement. The role will also require some knowledge of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs, provide strategic HR advice, and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
2. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
3. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
4. HR Operations: Provide HR support for recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and other HR-related tasks.
5. Payroll: Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and compliance with statutory requirements.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Provide HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions.
8. Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including talent management, employee engagement, and payroll processes.
4. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
