Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Employee Engagement and Employer Branding


Designation M2 - Manager

Reports To: VP Corporate HR

Direct Reports: None (IC Role)

Work Mode: Hybrid


Job Summary:


The Manager - Employee Engagement and Employer Branding is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement and strengthen the employer brand of the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with the HR team and leadership to design and execute employee engagement programs, initiatives and events that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. In addition, the Specialist will help build and promote the employer brand, ensuring that the company is recognized as an employer of choice in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events that align with CEAT’s goals and values.
  • Responsible for managing the CEAT Linkedin page to highlight the best of CEAT.
  • Explore and facilitate avenues for employee engagement beyond work such as hobby clubs.
  • Partner with Chief Fitness Officer to improve health and well-being quotient in CEAT.
  • Partner with locational HR teams to implement employee engagement surveys (Happiness Survey), analyze results, and recommend action plans.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice, including creating and publishing engaging content across LinkedIn.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to enhance the employer brand.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and employer branding and provide recommendations for improvements.

KPIs:

  • Increase in the number of LinkedIn followers
  • Increase in engagement % of LinkedIn followers
  • Engagement (Happiness) Survey Score Improvement
  • Improvement in Glassdoor rating
  • Improvement in the fitness and well-being quotient

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR/Communications.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee engagement, employer branding, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to engage employees and promote the employer brand.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with social media and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics is a plus.
