Assistant Manager - Data Analyst || Mumbai (Worli)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our Supply Chain function. In this role, you will leverage data analysis techniques to drive operational efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making.

Purpose -

The purpose of the role is to leverage data analysis to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain function.
This position plays a crucial role in identifying process inefficiencies, and developing dashboards that enable team and senior management to make informed and timely decisions regarding distribution and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Data Collection & Management
   
• Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources within the supply chain (e.g., inventory, logistics, suppliers).
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
• Manage and maintain databases to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
   
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive decision-making.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.
• Provide analytical support for problem-solving and decision-making related to supply chain operations.
3. Process Optimization
   
• Identify inefficiencies in existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that reduce costs, improve lead times, and increase operational efficiency.
4. Forecasting & Predictive Analysis
   
• Utilize historical data and predictive models to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and plan for future supply chain needs.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation based on forecasted demand and supply variability.
5. Dashboard & Visualization
   
• Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that present key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for supply chain performance.
• Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly, interactive, and provide real-time data for quick decision-making.
• Continuously improve the visual representation of data to enhance the understanding of complex trends and performance metrics.

Exp in using Tools (software/hardware/applications etc)

ERP system (SAP/ SFDC/Oracle)
BI tools (Power BI/ Tableau).
