Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
This position serves as a key advisor and operational partner, ensuring that the CHROs time and focus are directed toward high-impact activities that advance the organizations HR strategy. The role involves a blend of executive support, project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic coordination to align the HR functional goals with the company's overall business objectives.
The Lead D&I will collaborate with various departments, leadership, and external partners to build an inclusive culture that supports the organization's overall business goals.

Functions And Responsibilities
Strategic Insight and Reporting: Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and strategy alignment.
Project Leadership: Manage and execute strategic HR projects, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
Executive Presentations and Reporting: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and materials for the CHROs strategic meetings with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
Change Management & Transformation Support: Assist the CHRO in the planning and execution of major change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring and culture transformation.
Confidential Data Management: Manage sensitive HR information, including employee records, and organizational changes, with discretion and confidentiality.
Relationship Management & Executive Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, and HR vendors, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
