Job Title: E-commerce HR Manager

Location: Sector 63 - Noida (Onsite)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM IST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of progressive HR experience within the e-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs tailored to the specific needs of an e-commerce environment.
2. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, understanding the nuances of hiring for various e-commerce roles.
3. Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment, handling grievances, and conflict resolution.
4. Oversee performance management, including setting KPIs, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
5. Design and conduct training programs to enhance the skills, productivity, and professional growth of employees.
6. Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes impacting the e-commerce industry and ensure HR compliance.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
8. Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
2. Proven 6 to 9 years of HR experience.
3. Experience with e-commerce industry (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.) is preferred.
4. Thorough understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational HR challenges.
5. Solid knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in e-commerce settings.
6. Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
