1. Manpower planning & Budgeting

Coordination with vendor partners or external agencies
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
2. HR Operations
Onboarding & Joining formalities in coordination with vendor parties
HR Induction & POSH Training
Prepares employees by conducting orientation and training programs.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the CATI Team
Exit Management
End to end employee life cycle
3. Employee Engagement
Employee engagement activities planning & coordination
Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
4. Employee Grievance
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
5. Performance Management System
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Oversee the employee benefits plan
6. Compensation & Benefits
Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the companys current offerings
Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management
7. Compliance
Ensure legal compliance adherence at all times
Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
8. MIS
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Prepare weekly/ monthly MIS reports
3. Skills required
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
