Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Planning and Execution:
  1. Market Opportunities:
    • Build and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different segments to bolster Product awareness, consideration & differentiation in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
    • Create strategies aimed specifically at targeted individuals that have been identified as potential customers. Including outdoor advertising, such as billboards and flyers, direct marketing, such as utilizing email and social media, and sponsorship of events.
    • Undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the businesss sales.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the companys presence.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

      1. Leads Forecasting and Analysis:
        • Plan and Implement the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel in the allocated budget in a structured and planned methodology to ensure the leads generation on a consistent manner and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads.
        • Develop accurate lead generation forecasts and financial projections to guide business planning and enable the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
        • Plan lead generation activities, including outdoor events like stalls, sponsorships, and digital activities.
        • Track lead generation systems and allocate leads to the Adissia developers private limited sales team.
        • Conduct regular analysis of lead generation methodology to identify areas for improvement, new avenues and opportunities to create brand awareness.
        • Track and present detailed data analytical reports and recommend changes to strategies to increase Lead Generation.

          1. Budget Management:
            • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of funds to maximize Return On Investment (ROI).
            • Oversee the overall marketing budget, financial forecasting, and profitability analysis for high-level financial decisions.
            • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

              1. Strategic Partnerships:
                • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with other real estate firms, developers, and industry professionals.
                • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the company\u2019s reputation and identify new business opportunities.



                  1. Market Insights:
                    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
                    • Provide actionable recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.
                    • Identify new market trends and opportunities and prepare proposals for implementation.



                      1. Event Management:
                        • Manage outdoor events from vendor discussions and quotations to purchase orders and payment follow-ups.
                        • Handle grievances related to outdoor stalls and activities, including food and beverages, and petrol allowances.
                        • Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
                        • Technology and CRM:
                          • Implement and manage advanced marketing technologies, lead management software, and CRM systems to streamline operations.
                            II. Marketing - Outdoor:
                            1. Outdoor Marketing Strategies:
                              • Design and develop outdoor marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and brand awareness.
                              • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create compelling advertising content for various outdoor channels.
                              • Planning roadshows, project launch and forecast project based foot falls.
                              • Explore the corporate market and drive marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
                              • Vendor Management:
                                • Identify and negotiate with vendors for outdoor advertising spaces, including billboards and transit shelters.
                                • Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
                                • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign reach and impact.
                                • Event Coordination:
                                  • Plan and execute outdoor promotional events such as open houses and property tours.
                                  • Define key guidelines for each project/ campaign and check for adherence to the brief.
                                  • Coordinate logistics, including permits, vendor management, and on-site setup.
                                  • Campaign Analysis:
                                    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of outdoor marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
                                    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
                                    • Mystery Market visits to check and audits (quantitative & qualitative)
                                    • Community Engagement:
                                      • Foster relationships with community organizations and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
                                      • Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the company.

                                        III. Marketing activity Budgeting:
                                        1. Lead Generation:
                                          • Generate leads through outdoor activities and define strategies to enhance lead generation.
                                          • Monitor lead status and adjust campaign settings accordingly.
                                          • Budget Allocation:
                                            • Prepare monthly budgets for campaigns and BTL activity.
                                            • Identify market tools for lead management and allocate budgets accordingly.
                                            • Performance Metrics:
                                              • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, tracking ROI and campaign effectiveness.
                                              • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing activities.
                                                IV. Professional Development:
                                                1. Continuous Learning:
                                                  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build professional relationships and identify new business opportunities.
                                                  • Contribute to personal professional development.
