Job Description

I. Planning and Execution:
Field Marketing and Client Engagement:
\uF0B7 Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understanding their real estate needs and promoting
suitable property solutions.
\uF0B7 Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing corporate clients, present real estate offerings, and
gather feedback.
\uF0B7 Organize and execute marketing presentations, property tours, and on-site meetings to showcase real estate
projects effectively.
\uF0B7 Act as a key brand ambassador, representing the company at corporate networking events, trade shows, and
real estate conferences.
\uF0B7 Provide timely and professional follow-ups to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
\uF0B7 Conduct research on corporate real estate trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for business growth.
\uF0B7 Develop marketing strategies to target corporate clients, in collaboration with the marketing and project
teams.
\uF0B7 Monitor and report on market intelligence related to client preferences, industry developments, and emerging
opportunities.
\uF0B7 Stay updated on real estate regulations, industry standards, and economic factors affecting the corporate real
estate sector.
Campaign Management and Execution:
\uF0B7 Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns tailored to corporate clients.
\uF0B7 Collaborate on the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and
digital assets.
\uF0B7 Execute and monitor on-ground marketing activities, such as open houses, corporate events, and property
expos.
\uF0B7 Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements
where necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
\uF0B7 Maintain a comprehensive client database, documenting interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM
system.
\uF0B7 Ensure a high level of client engagement by offering personalized services and real estate solutions tailored to
corporate needs.

gain market insights.
\u25CF CRM Proficiency: Gain expertise in using CRM platforms for client relationship management and reporting.
\u25CF Industry Certifications: Obtain certifications in real estate marketing, project management, or field sales.

III. Documentation:
\u25CF Client Visit Reports: Detailed documentation of field visits, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
\u25CF Marketing Activity Logs: Records of on-ground marketing events, property tours, and networking activities.
\u25CF CRM Updates: Maintenance and regular updates of client information and interaction history.

activities.

client engagements.

Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
or a related field.
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in field marketing or corporate
client management, preferably in the real estate sector.
