Lead & Deliver Dedupe Platform Projects across the Bank & Integrate with relevant Onboarding systems

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 15 to 22 years

Understand and act as a bridge between the business users of the bank and implementation vendor
Participate in review of business requirement discussions and ensure that the teams are aligned, and the requirements are clearly understood and documented
Ensure maintenance of Dedupe Application
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
process documentation and identify if any data mapping gap and report them to stakeholders
Have overview of the reporting requirements of the bank and overall design for generation of these reports using the reporting tool.
Manage the review mechanism, handle multiple stakeholders, guide and upskill team members and issue resolution
