Manager - Hind Sighting| Mumbai

1) Develop annually a risk-based hind sighting plan for all asset products. Oversee the implementation of the approved plan, ensure proper resourcing for implementation of the plan, and adjust the plan as needed in response to changes in business risks, operations, programs, systems and controls. Keep senior management apprised of any changes needed to the internal audit plan.
2) Review of Policy Parameters, Documentation check, analysis of observations for necessary correction in credit appraisal process.
3) Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting
4) Preparing Data Quality Report which highlights the quality of critical data points captured in system basis the physical files
5) Data Base Hind sighting - Review of Policy Parameters basis the entire data dump extracted from system and highlighting key deviations from Policy
6) Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions and recommendations. Ensure follow up on findings and corrective actions.
7) Provide technical assistance with investigations, special audits, and provide subject-matter expertise as needed.
8) Remain current on audit, oversight trends and develop a risk based approach incorporated into the annual HS plan.
9) Collaborate with Risk, Operation& Policy team for any change in the process/policy
