Manager - Finance CoE (Centre of Expertise)

The role involves ensuring efficient delivery support and finance operations by managing vendor payments, addressing escalations, controlling financial processes, and driving compliance. The incumbent will collaborate across teams and streamline workflows for improved accuracy and timeliness in accounts payable and delivery operations. Responsibilities

1. Vendor Lifecycle Management
• PR-PO process
• Invoice & Compliance Validation
• SRIR process
• Vendor Cost Booking & Management - Manual provisioning and variance analysis
• Oversee vendor transitions and full-and-final (F&F) settlement controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, SCM, Finance) for issue resolution.
2. Payment Management :
• Plan and prioritize payments for assigned accounts.
• Address and resolve payment-related escalations.
3. Taxation Issues :
• Collaborate with TDS and GST teams to resolve vendor-raised issues.
4. Invoicing and Compliance :

• Manage invoicing controls for service partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards.

 

1. Audit and Reporting :
• Manage quarterly statutory audits related to vendor costs
• Respond to audit queries and ensure accurate reporting.
• Address trade payables, outstanding expenses, retention entries, and PO retentions to minimize liabilities.
2. Invoice Resolution :
• Resolve hold invoice issues related to SRN, invoice, tax, or PO discrepancies.
• Coordinate with AP, vendors, SCM, and circle teams for resolution and update status in the portal.
3. Cost Inputs, review & management:
• Provide manual provision entries monthly in the required format.
• Cost analysis & Variance tracking
• Map SRNs and reverse corresponding provision entries for previous periods.
4. Process Improvement :
• Identify opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum qualification & experience Any Graduate with relevant experience of 7+ years Desired Skill sets Vendor relationship management
