Job Description
Role Purpose:
Develop CASE business in the assigned area of responsibility conducting the sales activity including: networking with industry influencers and main stakeholders, prospection of opportunities, business development with existing customers. Business Manager is responsible for the field execution of the Sales Plan in alignment with the Brand strategy and values. As a first line person in the relationship with customers, Business Manager is a trusted business advisor who works on customers/ Dealership best interest.
Major Accountability:
Primary and Secondary duties:
Contribution to the elaboration of the sales strategy thru deep market analysis within his area of responsibility including economic situation, industry trends, segment potential competitors.
Achievement of unit sales profitability in the assigned area of responsibility, maximizing business potential with the help of dealership, existing prospect customers.
Closely monitoring of dealership accounts business share, Brand reputation awareness in the area of responsibility
Minimum Qualification:
Education/Qualifications: Engineering Background with Construction Equipment experience
Essential experience and skills: 08 to 15 year in same field with same area
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
