Hiring - SVC

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination and Planning:
• Plan and organize side visits, including coordinating dates, locations, itineraries, and transportation.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on visit goals and expectations.
• Logistical Management:
• Manage venue bookings, catering, audiovisual needs, and other essential services.
• Prepare and distribute schedules and documentation for attendees.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations during visits.
• On-Site Supervision:
• Be present during the side visit to oversee activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Ensure that all aspects of the visit, including guest accommodations and program execution, run smoothly.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Keep detailed records of visit arrangements, participant feedback, and post-visit reports.
• Analyze feedback and suggest improvements for future visits.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the point of contact for any questions or concerns before and during the visit.
• Provide a high level of service and attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for participants.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all side visit activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed.
