Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer life cycle management, focusing on acquisition, retention, and growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting.
  
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  
• Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices, process improvements, and new system implementations.

Work Location: Coimbatore.

Shifts: Day Shifts
