Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented CRM - Collections professional to manage customer relationships, oversee collections, and ensure the smooth flow of payment-related processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive in maintaining positive relationships with clients while ensuring timely payments and collections for ongoing and completed projects.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction, clear communication, and trust regarding payment timelines.
  • Collections:
    Manage and follow up on outstanding payments from clients, ensuring timely collections as per project timelines.
    Monitor and track overdue accounts and work with customers to settle dues.
  • Payment Coordination:
    Coordinate with clients and the accounts team to manage payments, share relevant payment schedules, and handle any discrepancies.
    Send reminders to clients for upcoming due dates and follow-up calls for overdue payments.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of customer payments, collection status, and overdue accounts.
    Prepare regular reports on collection metrics and outstanding balances for management review.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Address and resolve customer disputes related to invoices, payments, or other financial matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal teams to streamline the collections process and resolve any internal roadblocks that may delay payments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience:
    0-5 years of experience in CRM or collections, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
    Strong negotiation skills to resolve payment issues and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:
    Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer queries promptly.
