Urgent Requirement - Program Manager - CARS24

What will you drive?
•End-to-end ownership of supply in Sales framework
•Solve for structural problems at a central level to speed up the growth of the category
•Own analytical projects to solve for different types of business problems
•Responsible for growing revenue with P&L responsibilities for your category
•Funnel management: Optimise drop rates at every step of the consumer journey from
customer intent to transaction. Build centralised processes for seamless lead flow
throughout the funnel keeping customer / partner experience at the core of every solution
•Wear product lens to solve for problems on a long-term basis. Collaborate with cross-
functional internal partners in product, BI/DS, business ops and finance
•Work closely with regional leaders & teams to build cadence around key metrics and help
them drive business priorities effectively and efficiently.

Who are we looking for?
•Sharp and dynamic candidates with consistent record of high performance
•4-8 years of work experience with prior experience in Program Management / Category
Management / Team Management experience
•Tier 1 Grad/Post Grad preferred
•Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced, requires solving ambiguous problems
and highly outcome oriented. We will look for candidates who display these characteristics
and have demonstrated that they can lead people and teams to deliver on these lines.
