Urgent Requirement - Category Manager - Value Added Services

What will you drive?

Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value and appeal of our used car inventory. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for value-added services. Create a roadmap

for growth and profitability.

Service Portfolio Management: Identify and evaluate potential value-added services, such as warranties, vehicle inspections, reconditioning, and other aftermarket products. Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of services that align with market demands and customer preferences.

Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and strategic partners to negotiate agreements and secure favourable terms. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify new partnership opportunities.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of value-added services, including service quality, cost control, and service delivery timelines. Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to ensure efficiency.

Cross functional alignments: Work closely with product teams and develop consumer centric products for each service. Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote value-added services to both

internal and external stakeholders. Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue.

Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance and profitability of value-added services and make data-driven decisions to optimize offerings. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.

Experienced Excellence 4-8 years of work experience with prior experience in Program Management / Category Management/ Team Management experience.

Elite Educational Background Tier 1 Grad/Post Grad preferred.
