About the role:

Carrier Digital Hub India is looking for a passionate candidate to join our Digital ERP CoE team. As part of Carrier's digital transformation, the incumbent will serve as the Senior Associate, S4 HANA Logistics Execution module. The Senior Associate SAP S/4HANA LE will Configure and optimize the SAP LE module within S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and resolving technical issues to support efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, you ll be responsible for:

• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the SAP LE module within the S/4HANA environment to meet specific business requirements.

• Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of the LE processes with other SAP modules and external systems, facilitating smooth data flow and process efficiency.

• Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LE module, ensuring system stability and performance.

• Data Migration and Validation: Oversee the migration of data to S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the transition.

• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize LE processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support the overall S/4HANA implementation goals.

Requirements:

As a minimum you must have:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP ERP Implementation/ project delivery or support

• S4/HANA Logistics Eexcution certification

• Results orientation, always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes

• Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills

• Open and able to work in cultural diversity environment

• Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role

• Demonstrated agile-development mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation
