Business Development Manager

Job description

Manage Sales and Marketing activities within the assigned geography.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners and Partner Outlets.
• Drive sales growth and achieve targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Monitor market trends and activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide training and support to Channel Partners to ensure high standards of performance.

Qualifications:

• Around 5 years of field experience in automobile,techno sales or service.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or mechanical preferred.
• Proven track record in sales roles related to Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts,and lubricants etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Budget:

• Salary range is between CTC 500,000 to 600,000.
