Role & responsibilities
1.Achieving Sales Target- To meet or exceed the Regional sales target set for Sr. BDM for his given territory month on month. He is responsible for driving sales Growth and increasing market share.
2.Achieving Collection Target- To meet all Bill to bill collection targets against his sales in Specified given period.
3.Market Analysis- Sr. BDM analyzes market trends customer preferences and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. They are expected to develop strategies to Capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
4.Relationship management- Sr. BDM builds and maintains relationships with key account holders or distributors. They negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty toward the company.
5.Budgeting and Planning- Sr. BDM develops sales forecasts, budgets, and plans for their assigned region. They monitor expenses, track performance against targets, and take corrective action as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
6.Reporting; Sr. BDM is responsible for regular reports on sales performances, market trends, Competitor activities, and other relevant metrics to senior management. They use data and Insight to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
7.Integrity- Having upstanding character traits and work ethics including sound judgment, honesty, cost-effectiveness, dependability, and loyalty towards the company.
8.Business development activities- Monitor and report on sales performance and business. Promotional Development activities are to be conducted wherever it is needed.
