Job Description
- Handling Corporate Customers - Quotations, Booking, Shipment Planning Liaising / update of shipments to Customers Air Sea Imports/Exports
- Sending Pre alerts to customers
- Co-ordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, vendors - CFS/CHA Shipping Line
- Interdepartmental coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing payment releases to vendors.
- Timely DO BL release
- Monitoring Import Manifestation Export BL release process
- Updating Import / Export Job Data in our inhouse software maintaining Daily Status Report for customers, CFS Third-Party Movement follow-up
- Job Closing Handover to Accounts
Educational Qualifications Work Experience
- Knowledge of Customer Service Imports Exports Candidates from a Logistic Background will be preferred
- Work Experience: Min 3-4 years
- Minimum Graduate /IATA course
- MS Office (Word / Excel )
- Language Proficiency English, Marathi and Hindi
- Prioritization and organizing
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving
- Adaptability
- Team Player
