Source potential candidates from various job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri) Screen and sort incoming resumes and application forms Collect and collate shortlisted candidates detailed information via email Bifurcate and organize resumes into folders Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the next level for further scrutiny Onboarding & Documentation Assist the HR team in Engagement activities
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience Graduate in any stream / Diploma in Human Resource management studies Students with a fair understanding of the recruitment process (Experience 0-6 months)
IT & Language Proficiency Highly proficient in English language (Written and Verbal communications) Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage. Knowledge of MS Office Hands-on-experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
