- Develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support growth objectives.
- Project Execution and Management
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations to the executive team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Achieve partnership sales plan and branch/point of sale/web portal activation and expansion targets.
- Oversee partnership performance and renewals from time to time.
You could be the right candidate if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
