The School of Computer Science & Engineering is seeking to appoint a passionate, driven and innovative person to lead the whole school.

• The ideal candidate should be willing to take the initiative and bring about positive changes.
• The ideal candidate should be a very good communicator and a team builder.
• The ideal candidate should develop strategies for promoting student engagement and learning in collaboration with Academic Affairs.
• The ideal candidate should possess a track record of taking significant initiatives to enhance and support teaching, learning, and assessments.
• The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in research and academic administration within a private or public university system, preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Professor , Head of Department, or an equivalent role. It is also essential that they possess proven credentials such as publications, R&D projects, patents, and technologies generated, as well as teaching methodologies developed. These experiences and credentials will play a crucial role in evaluating the candidate's suitability for the position.

Desired Candidate Profile

(i) Mtech/Doctorate in Computer Science & Engineering

(ii) 7 years of experience in teaching and/or research of which five years should be in a position of responsibility of Professor or equivalent.

(iii) The desired candidate should have evidence of exceptional leadership skills and notable accomplishments in teaching and organizing educational activities.
