Position/Title : Associate- CFBE

Department: CFBE
Reporting to : Manager, CFBE


About CFBE: SPJIMR Centre for Family Business and Entrepreneurship (CFBE) aims to promote
an entrepreneurial mind-set and catalyse the sustainable growth of family business
and community entrepreneurship ecosystems. CFBE provides family business
leaders with the skills, ecosystem network, global outlook, and mind-set required to
pursue business growth while sustaining family values. CFBE offers a specialized Post
Graduate Programme in Family Managed Business (offered since 1997 with more
than 4,000 graduates) and programmes in entrepreneurship and hosts varied
networking and funding events. The Centre works with international researchers
and publishes survey-based white papers on key issues facing Indian family
businesses and micro, small and medium enterprises.

Job duties: The Associate in CFBE will perform below job responsibilities:


1. COLLATE AND DISSEMINATE FACULTY FEEDBACK APPROPRIATELY Collate
feedback (faculty and course) at the end of each phase of the program and
share it with the Dean, Registrar, and concerned faculty (in prescribed
formats) after obtaining approval from the Programme Chairperson.
Capture guest lecture feedback for internal records. Maintain a tracker for
faculty feedback.


2. DOCUMENTATION FOR ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS -Prepare and
maintain documents/reports for various accreditations such as AACSB,
AMBA, EQUIS etc., ensuring timely completion. Coordinate with faculty for
minutes of initial AOL meetings/course review meetings, professor
observations/suggestions, rubrics, etc. Explain and guide new faculty
regarding the AOL process and requirements. Coordinate with the RAs for
bifurcated marks, samples of evaluations, etc.


3. ACTING AS THE POINT OF CONTACT AND COORDINATING RESEARCH
INITIATIVES AND INTERACTIONS WITH STEP: Coordinate for scheduling of
Research Conversation Series event, prepare social media post, disseminate
information via emails, track participant registration, manage the event,
prepare write-up for video upload on YouTube and official website after the
event. Coordinate with STEP Office


4. ASSIST IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CFBE SURVEY REPORT
PREPARATION: Coordination with the survey agency for timely compilation
and release of survey reports and circulation of survey reports to relevant
stakeholders.


5. SPOC FOR ACTIVITIES AND INITIATIVES: Coordinate with participants for
pre-onboarding activities, guide participants while on campus, coordinate
with vendors for certificates, photography, etc., Capture social media info of
participants for tagging official posts.


6. Support the Alumni Associate for alumni engagement efforts - Alumni
engagement efforts including but not limited to events such as Confluence,
regional immersion, mentor-mentee meets, BRP final presentations, ADMAP
events, etc.


7. Support entrepreneurship & FMB team as & when required.


8. Any other hoc administrative tasks as required, as directed by the reporting
manager.


Education : Graduate in any stream.


Experience : 5+ years experience in academic coordination


Skill set required: Good interpersonal skills and attitude
Team Player Multitasker Attention to detail


Pre-Requisites :

Excellent team player
Strong grasp of Business tools MS excel, PowerPoint and Word
Understands academic processes

Willingness & Open to travel within India
