Executive - TeleCalling/Customer Care/TeleSales (0-2 yrs)

Roles and Responsiblity:

1. Responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary objective will be to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team.

2. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.

Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet daily and weekly targets.

3. Document all interactions and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
