Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to craft user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive healthcare financing solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product journeys, ensuring that our solutions are both functional and delightful to use. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating seamless user experiences and solving real-world problems through thoughtful design.

• Design Thinking: Leverage design thinking methodologies to create user-centered interfaces for healthcare products.
• User Research: Collaborate with product and customer teams to identify pain points, conduct user research, and apply findings to improve designs.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to bring ideas and features to life.
• End-to-End Product Design: Craft complete product experiences, from onboarding to day-to-day interactions, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Design System Maintenance: Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the product experience.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends, principles, and best practices in UI/UX design.

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for web and mobile applications.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• User-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for users and a passion for designing solutions to real-world problems.
• Prototyping Tools: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design software.
• Collaborative Mindset: Effective team player who can work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on design aesthetics, typography, and maintaining consistency.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Healthcare or Fintech Experience: Familiarity with designing products in the healthcare or fintech sectors is a plus.
• Front-End Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
