UI/UX Designer - Remote

Objective

The product design strategy aims to maintain a strong visual identity, create compelling creative assets, and support brand and marketing initiatives. The goal is to craft engaging, user-centric designs that boost brand recognition and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design assets align with established brand guidelines.
• User-Centric Desig: Lead the end-to-end design process to create seamless web and mobile experiences.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct interviews and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Design & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance the user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement innovative design solutions.
• Iterative Improvement: Continuously refine designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Design System Management: Maintain a cohesive design system for consistent branding and interaction patterns.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle design challenges proactively, embracing innovation and adaptability.

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience:1-3 years in UI/UX design for web and mobile SaaS applications.
• End-to-End Design Expertise: User research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback to enhance user experiences.
• Communication: Strong ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
• Portfolio:A compelling portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and intuitive design skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn, improve, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with animation or video editing tools (e.g.,After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of SEO and its impact on design.
