Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer with expertise in building robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop APIs, manage databases, and ensure seamless data flow between systems. • API Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure APIs that power our web and mobile applications.
• Database Management: Create, optimize, and maintain databases, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
• Backend Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of backend services, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices for backend development, testing, and deployment.
• Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate front-end components with backend logic and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, identify, and improve the performance of backend systems to ensure optimal response times and system reliability.
• Security: Implement and maintain best security practices for backend systems, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, optimize existing systems, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Experience: 2-5 years of backend development experience, with a strong understanding of server-side languages and frameworks.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Django, Node.js, or similar technologies .
• Database Expertise: Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• API Design: Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Security Best Practices: Understanding of security protocols, encryption techniques, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with setting up and maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies.
• Agile Development: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
