We are seeking a motivated and creative Growth Marketing Associate to help scale our brand and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute innovative growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive traffic and conversions.
• Content and SEO: Develop and oversee content strategies and SEO efforts to enhance organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to enhance customer acquisition and conversion rates.
• User Engagement: Implement strategies to boost user retention and engagement through email marketing, CRM tools, and personalized content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless alignment of marketing efforts.

• Experience: 0-2 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles, ideally in healthtech, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO strategies, and email marketing platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed optimizations to campaigns.
• Creativity: A knack for thinking outside the box and leveraging growth hacking techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

• Experience with Startups: Previous experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Healthcare or Fintech: Familiarity with the healthcare or financial services industry is a plus.
• CRO and UX Optimization: Understanding of conversion rate optimization and user experience best practices.
