Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Site Operations Management ● End-to-end management of all projects in the city, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost control. ● Direct and monitor day-to-day site operations, including resource allocation, material management, workforce coordination, and quality checks. ● Quickly identify site-level challenges (technical, operational, workforce, or client-related) and resolve them promptly. ● Always ready with Plan B in case of unforeseen site or operational issues to avoid delays. Sales Coordination & Client Handling ● Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets. ● Attend client meetings to present project plans, updates, and address any concerns. ● Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and delivering projects that align with their expectations. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management ● Act as the first point of escalation for any site-level or operational issue, taking ownership to resolve problems quickly. ● Use strong analytical and creative thinking skills to come up with practical and effective solutions. ● Be a troubleshooter who can handle technical, manpower, material supply, and coordination issues seamlessly. Leadership & Team Management ● Lead the on-ground project teams, including supervisors, site engineers, and labor teams. ● Motivate, train, and mentor the team to ensure they work efficiently and follow processes. ● Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining overall responsibility for project success. Multitasking & Time Management ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping a strong grip on timelines, quality, and budgets across all sites. ● Balance operational, sales, client handling, and reporting responsibilities without compromising quality. Planning & Backup Readiness ● Always plan ahead for site contingencies like material delays, labor shortages, weather interruptions, or design changes. ● Prepare alternative plans (Plan B) for critical path activities to avoid any bottlenecks. ● Continuously evaluate processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Key Requirements:

• MBA (Operations/Project Management/Business Administration or similar). ● 7-10 years of experience in site operations, sales coordination, and project management in construction/interiors/real estate. ● Strong leadership and team management abilities. ● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. ● Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple projects, and work independently. ● Clear and confident communication in English, Hindi, and local language
